"Vuja de" is a digital collage artwork that explores the intersection of modern architecture and the female form. The piece depicts a mix of large, cold, metal, and glass structures with warm, curvy, and elegant women's bodies.
I am particularly fascinated with the contrast between these two elements and often see myself in my dreams as a building with hundreds of rooms representing different parts of my mind.
The title "Vuja de" is the reverse of "Deja vu" and represents the idea of having a surprisingly new perspective on familiar objects.
All photos used in the collage were taken by the artist themselves (Alisa Meister)
